two acres & ISO an older, mature roommate. The rent includes utilities, a furnished room and all amenities.. move in monies are a security deposit same as one month rent $ nonrefundable cleaning deposit and a refundable $ remote deposit which is for the entry gate to the property and first months rent will be prorated per move-in.. you supply your own Internet box, your toiletries and your food. I supply all laundry detergents and paper goods in the bathroom and kitchen areas as well as counter appliances. My large home is under a roof and livable sq ft.
