Room for rent at S State St. in Orem, Utah for /month depending on utilities. This room is unfurnished, it only has a closet and a full sized bed. There is a second room for rent that is fully furnished with a bed, a tv, and a desk, as well as the closet. Various communal activities include Xbox, PS4, Wii U, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, live TV, streaming platforms, and surround sound tv system. The pool is open year round and the complex has its own gym. There are various restaurants and stores within walking distance. We desperately need roommates as soon as possible who are planning on staying, so please let me know.
