Hello! I’m a single male, , looking for a roommate in a 3 story town house in the Houston, Heights! There is me and an friend living here and one room with private bathroom/shower is vacant for rent. The room has a private bathroom/shower on its own separate floor! (1st floor).

HARD REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass background check, provide proof of income (i.e., paystub - W2 Only).
Prefer male please since myself and my roommate are male.
No pets.

ROOM DESCRIPTION:
1st floor.
Private bed/bath/shower.
Bedroom non-furnished, rest of house furnished.
New carpet installed.
Parking: Plenty of SAFE street parking right in front or on driveway too.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

Fully furnished but you can bring your own furniture too.
Plenty of storage space.
New home with strong AC, good internet, really safe established neighborhood with professionals and young families.
You are welcome to have friends over as long as its not crazy parties, just holler at me a head of time! :)
Everything outside the private bedroom/bath is shared! (except our own private rooms).
LEASE:

$ safety deposit both due at move-in.
All utilities & internet included.
6 month term minimum.
Texas (TREC) formal lease agreement will be signed.
If you smoke anything, just do it outside the house please.
