I currently have rooms available for the right person in a quiet, peaceful shared household with two sweet dogs (please note, we’re not accepting any additional pets at this time).

Rent is $ per week, per room. I am offering flexibility—perfect for someone in between leases, new to the area, or simply looking for a short-term, low-commitment living situation. Shared utility costs are added at the end of each month.

One month’s rent and a nonrefundable deposit of $ are required at move-in to cover utilities at move-out. Negotiable for shorter stays.

The home is located in the Belmar/Bear Valley area of Denver ()—a peaceful neighborhood ideally situated on the outskirts of the city. It offers great access to major highways while being tucked among parks, scenic waterways, and bike paths.

A peaceful home that I am always working on improving, featuring a backyard oasis with a sauna, blooming flower beds, and thriving vegetable gardens.

Myself and Two easygoing dogs share the living space, but otherwise it’s yours to make your own.
