Looking for a female roommate for lease takeover / with potential of lease renewal in Bushwick Ocean Hill area. NO pets, we currently have 2 very friendly cats!


$ per month for a HUGE ground floor bedroom & living space with a private entrance, half bathroom, & private exit to our spacious shared backyard. Our shared kitchen, small living area & full bathroom is accessible upstairs.


Utilities:

All Electric, No Gas.

Con Edison bills range between $/month depending on season, the bills during the colder months are typically higher since heat is electric. Wifi is $/month.


Ideally we are searching for a roommate who:


~can provide proof of income of at least 2X the listed rent monthly (Paystubs for past few months would be great!)


~has a credit score of & above


~can cover the first months rent + security deposit. Total cost for move in: $


~is considerate & respectful of others & the space we share


~cleans up after themselves, takes turns with stocking household items, & deep cleans


~can communicate maturely on household related matters including disagreements if they should ever arise


~is friendly (outdoors)


~is ok with cats


~doesn't have loud company past midnight during the week


~doesn't throw parties without discussing in advance
