Two rooms for rent, smaller. First come, first serve. Backyard is not yet finished and is just dirt at the time. Living room has a large comfortable couch. friendly as long as it’s outside. I have a girlfriend that occasionally stays over, mostly on the weekends. There is a large park with pickleball courts, corn hole, fire pit, and barbecues for use. Security deposit required.
