Double room suitable for a queen bed, and built in wardrobe. Can fit a desk too if you only have a single bed.

Our house is in Te Whāriki, about mins walk to Lincoln Uni. It’s a quiet street and the house has a large fenced backyard with plenty of sun.

Easy walk to the main streets of Lincoln too

My wife and I live here with our 2 dogs. We are both teachers and work in Halswell area. The dogs have access to both inside and outside, however when we’re both at work, the dogs are kept outside.

Rent is $ a week plus expenses (power, internet & gas)
