Room in Mount Plymouth

House of 2, third bed is available. We’re quiet, clean, respectful, & courteous. I work Monday thru Friday and am usually working on projects on the house in my off time. I’m in process of painting the room white. It’s an unfurnished room shared bath with one other tenant. You would park in the driveway, full access to kitchen, dining, and living room. There’s a shed if you need storage. Rent includes all utilities. Move in fee is refundable at move out as long as there’s no damages.
