Two rooms for one person

Boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate August story condo, bath, in the VA Beach town center area. It's two rooms, a bedroom and an office space for 1 person. Bathroom is in the hall but it would be yours only. We have ball pythons, and a gecko (ball python enclosure are downstairs). $ plus utilizes split 3 ways. No kids, no more than one cat, preferably no dogs but negotiable dependant on the type, size, and temperament (pet rent is $). Preferable female + yo. Clean and helpful with chores and keeping your space clean as well as cleaning up any messes you make. Background check and employment verification. Meet-up and tour required. We are and you must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
