Hi, I’m Shawn grew up here in Florida. My brother who was my current roommate left state due to him just getting his cdl. Just looking for a reliable roommate who can pay rent on time and be mindful. I am mostly at work but when I am home I don’t make a lot of noise, just watch tv or play the ps5. Your rent includes utilities, and all other fees, I have a washer and dryer and you have your own room with a closet and you have your own bathroom. There’s also a pool on property!
