Female roomate needed

Room available in two bedroom apartment located on third floor (with elevator access) starting Aug 1st. Female only age range No pets as I already have two cats. The litter boxes are not in common areas and are in enclosure cabinets. I make it a priority to not have a home that smells like cats and I keep all of their accessories in my room as I think it’s unreasonable to put that in a common space. The room available has a private bathroom. Dimension ft with additional floor to ceiling closet with shelving totaling ft. Gated parking and there is plenty of available parking very close to apt.
I am a yr old female bartender and full time student recently returning to school. Because of this I am looking for someone who tends to stay up late or is a very heavy sleeper as I sometimes don’t come home from work til 1am and often that is the only relaxing time I get in my day. I would like to find someone who is chill and fun but doesn’t take the party home with them. If you are interested please contact me and we can meet at a coffee shop nearby and just talk about each other’s hopes and expectations with the apartment and being roommates. If it seems we are in agreement and our values align on those things and it could be a good fit we will then go to view the room and apartment. If not no big deal I think being open and honest is the best thing for everyone involved and absolutely no hard feelings! The complex can be a little loud at times, they are strict about over night guests and the laundry is on the first floor. It’s a great space for the price I looked for a long time to find this apartment but keep in mind it is what it is. If you want somewhere nicer truth is you’ll have to pay more that’s just that.
