- Rent the room furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference (currently there is a different bed and desk and chair are not included)
- All bills are included in the rent
- Shared living spaces with 4 responsible, clean, and working adults
- Three friendly and well-behaved cats live in the house

- Clean, organized, and responsible
- Respectful of shared living spaces and housemates
- Comfortable living with cats
