Flat rate of $ includes internet, water, electricity.
Private bathroom(tub/shower). Open use to fully furnished kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.
Unfurnished Large bedroom. Queen mattress available if you have a box spring. If not, It can be removed if you are bringing a bed. Bedroom will also come with microwave and mini fridge, along with total use of kitchen.
Will need 3 consecutive paystubs for proof of income. Move in fee consists of first and last month's rent upfront.
