Roommate accepted job out of state

I work remote for company based in Orlando M-F. I’m looking the areas listed because I have to be no more than miles from the office in Orlando. Looking for an unfurnished room that can fit queen bed, nightstands, TV on thin fabric dresser, and desk (”). I have no kids. I’m non-smokers, no drug use, and barely drink. My mom moved to the area, but lives outside the mile. As for stay length depends on status of comfort of living together, and I can get back to finding and afford a place on my own. My roommate accepted a out of state job that he couldn't pass on.
