Hi! My name is Annique. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I’m currently looking for a roommate to share my 1-bedroom apartment.

I sleep in the bedroom, and the living room has been converted into a private sleeping area, which would be yours. You’ll also have access to the balcony, and I won’t be using it — so it’ll be just for you.
The bedroom is negotiable, but at a different price, depending on how we decide to share the space.
This is a short-term lease that ends on November 1st, perfect if you're looking for something temporary and flexible.



The building has great amenities: a pool, gym, resident lounge, computer area, meeting rooms, and free coffee.
