I’m looking for a female roommate to share this -bathroom house that is right off of ULL’s campus.

It has two spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a back deck and front porch, a washer and dryer, and an off-street parking spot.

It is very private and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The unfurnished (can be furnished) bedroom has a private bathroom with a slipper-claw-foot tub.

I’ve lived here for over four years and it’s a great space. I’m a quiet and tidy person who thrives on harmony in the house. The ideal roommate is a grad student or professional who thrives in a quiet space, pays household bills on time, negotiates household tasks, and keeps common areas tidy.
