Hi mi name is Vyvianne😄my boyfriend and I are looking for someone to swap places with us on our lease, we’re looking to branch out on our own. We just resigned this past February, so there are still 7 months left on the lease. Our current roommates are super chill, both males, theyre close friends of ours and they’re responsible and cool, theyre also friendly😄 they work full time jobs so they are hardly ever home. We are looking for someone to move in before the 1st of September, ideally. The room we are in now, has an arcadia door that leads directly to the balcony and it’s also an upstairs unit and it has a full walk in closet. During the summer the most you pay for your room is and I say that because during the summer the ac bills go up (it’s AZ ofc it does lol) but depending on how well you can manage it it’s even lower. During the winter the most you pay for your room is . They do allow pets at a lb limit and pet rent for $ a month, you’re bypassed if you have service animals by law. Couples are welcomed as well!
