Looking for a Roommate – Bath Apartment in Chico!
Move-In Date: July th

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a lease with me for a bath apartment here in Chico. Rent is $/month plus half of the bills (WiFi and PG&E). The apartment is unfurnished, but I plan to furnish the common areas myself—although I’m totally open to help if you’d like to contribute!

No other animals, please—I have two cats who unfortunately don’t get along with other pets. That said, they’re super sweet, playful, and love treats! They’re both very loving and will definitely try to win you over with headbutts and purring.

I’m a student at Chico State, double majoring in Social Work and Liberal Studies, and I also work part time—so I tend to stay pretty busy. I’m looking for someone who’s responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.

The lease is for 1 year, and this would be a shared living situation—female only. Let me know if you’re interested or have any questions!
