Looking to rent a room..

Looking to pay weekly rent, with paper work signed. I put $ up depending on the room so anywhere from $ A week. Also depending how nice the place is and so and so forth. IF IT HAS to be PAID MONTHLy then that works too. I work full time , hours are (: depending on day) For work I do property management/ carpentry/ landscaping, I can basically do all the property work outside if there is a lawn or garden . If need be can call my boss to Confirm I have a job.. Also I’d like the Braintree area, close to it. Thank you
