Multiple rooms for rent in a beautiful gated community. Community amenities include multiple pools, gym, clubhouse, and monthly activities calendar including paint and sips, yoga classes and various other events.

1 room for rent with private en-suite bathroom, garage parking - $ rent + $ deposit 2 rooms for rent with shared bathroom (upstairs), driveway parking - $ each with $ deposit

-No pets -
Preferably no couples (open to couples if there is only one vehicle or if one half of couple works evening shifts as the community is strict on parking) -Preferably no small children

I am extremely clean and am looking for a roommate with good energy, no drama to share my home. I am very quiet and looking for a good match - someone who is quiet, doesn’t party in-home, doesn’t play loud music and is respectful of shared spaces.

Rooms are unfurnished and will have new carpet and fresh paint by move-in date.

All utilities and cleaning service are split evenly between roommates.
