Medium Room in Orlando/Winter Park

Please contact me on I N S T A if interested: chaoshbu (i will ONLY respond there, my don't work properly here.) Looking to fill the second bedroom in my apartment. I live with my boyfriend and our 2 cats, one of whom stays in the living room and is extremely friendly. I have included photos of us and our cats. Rent listed includes water, sewage, trash, and internet utilities, while electric is separate and the amount depends on month-to-month usage. TV shown in pictures does not come with the room. Room can comfortably fit a double/queen bed and quite a bit of furniture.
Me and my boyfriend work and when we're home, we typically like to chill around the house, and might invite you to join our activities if you're down for it. We only very occasionally have guests over, and will always notify you as far in advance as possible.
