You are as downtown as you get. Right between the theater district, th St, Convention Center, Larimer Square, you name it. sq ft. place, bath. Building has an outdoor pool, patio, and gym. Plenty of storage with a mud room/entry way not pictured.

You will get the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. The last skyline photo is the view from your room too. Place is furnished but if you have stuff, we can figure it out and incorporate it into the place. Bedroom is unfurnished.

Looking for a year commitment but if you need to move out early for any reason, you’d just be responsible for rent until a new roommate is found. Bills are cheap, like $ a month all in.

I’m a year old single male with a dog. I’m working in restaurants but just graduated with my MBA so in my free time I’m actively searching for my career position. I don’t drink or smoke weed but cool if you do. Vaping is fine. Low key, very clean and expect the same. Cool to be social, just don’t bring the party home. Move in date is August 1st.
