The HUGE Master Bedroom w/ En-Suite Bathroom rent is $

- ’ not including entry area, Spacious room with a private en-suite bathroom and walk in closet
- Perfect for someone seeking privacy and comfort as it’s on the opposite side of the house as the kitchen and other bedrooms
*furnished, but you can furnish yourself if you prefer.

Pets are welcome depending on breed and temperament, and how they get along with the one dog currently in the house. No children please.

Utilities: $ per month per person due on the th (covers water, electricity, trash services, and internet).

The lease is month to month with a two month notice required for move out and no clear end date in sight :) Long term prefered and short term considdered. A standard credit and background check will be conducted to apply along with $ application fee to run those.

About roommates:
You will have ackind young adult male room-mate. He is a fine gardener by trade and loves to enjoy the outdoors and play his guitar in his free time. He loves the area and is a clean and considerate room-mate.

The other room inhabits another young male professional who works a lot as an apprentice electricion and is also kind, respectful, and keeps to himself for the most part. He has a sweet medium sized doggo.
