All members are background-checked and screened to ensure the safety, respect, and harmony of our household.

The bedroom is private and for ONE person only. Please include your desired move-in date with your inquiry.

We have a few rooms available — Shared baths start at $750/month, with a private bath option available.

• Must pass a security background check and basic screening (we welcome those with prior justice involvement, but we maintain a safe and respectful home)
• NO security deposit required
• Move-in fee is only $325, which also secures your room
• No pets
• No smoking indoors
• Not a party environment — we focus on safety, stability, and personal growth
• Flexible lease terms: 6–12 months available
