Rental prices are $. Rooms price are different due to size. The large room has walk in closet and extra room with shelves for your shirts, underwear, books o whatever you want.
Amenities included: central air, central heat, washer, dryer. Includes utilities & Wi-fi. Carport parking for the large room for the small one there is parking in the driveway. Pets are not allowed. It's not smokers friendly.
