I need to move as soon as possible and I resigned my lease early for the lowest rate in the apartment complex at $!! Utilities are included, however there is a cap. I have never paid more than $ extra for over usage! It is a 4 bedroom x 4 bathroom all female apartment! The apartment complex is named, Riverwind at Alafaya Trail which is minutes away from UCF!!

This apartment includes: all hardwood and tile, a balcony, fully furnished, washer and dryer in unit, and double paned windows!

My room is room A which is closest to the front door and the biggest room in the apartment. The chair and mini fridge are not included. The toilet cover is broken, but will be fixed within the week.

I will reimburse the application fee when accepted!! 😊
