I have an 7 yr old pup named Freya (must be dog friendly.) I prefer a roomie that’s tidy, reliable and a good communicator. I work from home during the day/week, but will show homes some evenings and as much over the weekend as possible. I walk, do pilates and practice meditation and yoga, love live music, animals, nature, photography, upcycling and all things design. I try to get out as much as possible, it’s hard not to with everything so close, but can be a homebody too!

Two rooms for you to use as you please, has a walk-in, and a balcony that expands them both. Full private bath with a tub and storage (with the best water pressure ever!) It’s a story condo, with the bedrooms upstairs, fiber, and in-unit laundry. It’s a gated community, and you get a covered parking spot! You can launch a kayak or paddleboard straight from a private dock in the community, and.. there’s 2 pools, and a beautiful courtyard with BBQ pits! The absolute best part is the location, you can walk, run, or bike around Lady Bird Lake plus you can easily venture to S. Congress or into the city! Thom’s is a short walk away for goodies in between H-E-B runs. Convenient access to I- and MoPac (1) if you’re a commuter. Comes complete with endless friendly neighbors!
