Subleasing Private Room for August

Description

Looking to sublease my room in a large beautiful house just a minute walk from downtown Santa Cruz for the month of August (August th). I am starting a new job and need to move to Capitola.

I am subleasing a cute room that will include some furniture such as a bed and dresser. There isn't a closet but there is also a sturdy hanger rack, and a closet in the hallway for your belongings. There's also a small living room next to the room that is always quiet and unoccupied, or can be used for storage.

The house is mostly empty this summer, 2 people are subleasing their rooms and 1 person will come stay on the weekends. We are all very laid back and like to keep the house tidy. It's a pretty big house too.

There is always a bathroom open because there is 2 full ones upstairs and downstairs.

We share a laundry room on with a house in the back of our property. There are also parking spaces available in the back and garages.

There is a cute private entrance to the room that has a little balcony.
