Room for rent in beautiful Arden

Hi, my name is Andrew. I am a year old professional. I have a house in Arden and it's a 4 bedroom home. Arden has beautiful amenities and landscape you can look it up and will be shocked how gorgeous it is out here, you will have accsess to the pool, clubhouse, and gym (mini LA fitness) that are as nice as Ritz Carlton with a gate at the front of the community.I'm only looking for one roommate as of right now, if you are a couple or have a child that is okay but please tell me first. It will be the downstairs bedroom, private full bathroom with two closets and a window inside the room see pictures. Living room/kitchen are shared and is also down stairs, as of right now the living room is empty as well as dining area. you can use some of the garage as well and backyard is fenced for any pets you may have. I will not be home often and when I am I am upstairs in my room for the most part. The only guest I have over is my daughter she is 6 and we stay upstairs or go out to the pool.
