renting out bth. $ a month includes rent,water,electric,trash and internet per room. Currently own a pitbull so would like to not have any other pets at the moment unless he passes away then I’d start being open to it in the future. As long as you pay your part on time and don’t damage the property and be courteous about a few things then I don’t really mind about anything else. I want to get into practicing cooking so I might try to cook in bulk and cook for everyone in the house, I do live here aswell just to clarify . Other than that it’s pretty chill spot and close to most things like food and shopping and stuff. It’s minutes from the interstate I’d estimate. Quiet chill neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
