There is a large grassy backyard with a large picnic table. The front yard has been converted to vegetable and herb garden. There is parking for your car in the driveway/grass carport. Laundry located in basement - full washer & dryer. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood, minute walk to downtown Brunswick. Your portion of rent is $/month plus utilities (water/sewer, electricity, heating oil and wifi). Utilities fluctuate (heating oil is only in the winter) but cost of living has never exceeded $ independently. The four of us living here split costs evenly. Rent is due at the first of the month via venmo, no late exceptions. We are sorry but we are not looking to rent to a couple or anyone with children.
