About me:

My name is Charlie, I’m in my late s, and I’ve been working as a mechanical engineer. In my free time I primarily volunteer with mountaineering education courses, as well as Search and Rescue. Relatively quiet and easy going, I like to keep the space tidy and stress-free. I can’t drink or smoke, but its cool if you do. I contribute to queer affinity groups, love learning new things, and am interested in lots of nerdy stuff.

About the pup:
Delta is a lb black lab mix. She’s friendly with other dogs and we have lived with pups in the past.
Given that I sometimes go out on S&R calls with short notice, I would be interested in subsidizing your rent if you’re willing to feed her and let her out on occasion during a callout, usually ~once a month.

About you:
You’re a responsible working professional and a proactive communicator. You tend to do your dishes within hrs, and like to keep things fairly chill. You have previous experience living with housemates and working collaboratively with them. You’re looking for a year long lease with the intention to settle a while.
