Private room shared bathroom

Description

It is a private room with closet and shared bathroom with small closet in a house with another roommate. I will be in the master bedroom with a private bath. The pool, gym, and tennis/ basketball courts are amenities offered within the community that you can use. Parking can be in the driveway or on the street beside the house since the garage is very small. The house is slightly furnished since I just moved in. I have a small hypoallergenic dog so must be dog friendly.
