Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate in my BA apartment thats in Clearwater right on tampa bay. The current lease is up at the end of May and I ideally would like someone to join the lease with me until it is up.
This apartment offers all of your typical amenities including an in unit washer and dryer, gym, dog park, and has 3 pools! The apartment is already furnished since I am already living in it but I am open to you bringing your own items for your bedroom!
I am asking to split the rent evenly which would be approx. $ each per month.
A little about me: I’m , from Ohio but have lived in Florida for a little over 4 years, dont drink or smoke (but I dont mind if others do), super easy going and easy to get along with!
