This environment fits perfectly for a respectful, responsible individual to occupy a bedroom with shared bathroom. The room is located in a house that is shared with people of different backgrounds. Everyone here just lives their lives and respect one another's boundaries.

You will have access to the kitchen, washer/dryer area, and the patio area. Your rent will include utilities, Wi-Fi, and wear and tear maintenance. Small pet fee of $ added to the monthly rent. I love cats.

Plus, there is a handyman on call whenever maintenance need to be done.

Avoiding smoking, avoiding drugs, avoiding violence as well as avoiding bringing weapons in the house benefits you and everyone on this property. Making constructive decisions by being nice goes a long way.

The house is located in a quiet area. A great neighborhood. Pet friendly environment. Easy walk to public transit. Numerous shopping stores are within a few miles ratio of this house. Downtown Sacramento is ten minutes away. UC Davis is fifteen minutes away. A community College is within less than a mile away. The backyard contains fresh plants like an apple tree, a lemons tree, a pear tree and some grape vines growing everywhere. There are parks in the surrounding the area. It's comfortable and well suited for students.
