Third floor apartment with single bathroom. Looking for responsible people to share a living space with. Apartment is unfurnished with big living room and small outdoor patio. Pets are welcome, though must go through management, plus pet deposits (onetime) and $ for pet fee. No preference on gender or age range, just need people to fill in the empty space. Must be okay with firearms and responsible with alcohol and tobacco use.

I am a single dude who plays video games and likes to socialize, tries to keep shared spaces clean and likes to cook big meals to share with Roomates. I work mornings and can be a tad loud at times. Any personal issues should be directed at me verbally or written notice and I will try to comply as best as possible. Respect goes both ways and I hope to have a good time living here with people.
