Looking for someone to take my spot in a beautiful south Reno home down Veteran’s Parkway / off S Meadows :)

- Only room on first floor of the house, en suite bathroom
- 4 roommates (3 females, one male) in their s, all super friendly and easy to live with
- No dogs or cats allowed
- one month’s rent refundable deposit + split utilities
- Move in August, month lease with possible extension
- Background and credit check required
- option to be furnished for extra price

This house is a great place to be: Safe neighborhood, great nearby restaurants and forty minutes to N Lake Tahoe. This has been my favorite place I’ve lived in, unfortunately I have to leave because I’m moving for work. I genuinely have complaints. It’s a tough goodbye, I hope to find someone who will love it as much as I do! Message me with any questions!
