Need a roomie, at least 1 yr. lease

My current roommate, unfortunately, is going to pass away from cancer. He is leaving me everything of his in the house. I'm willing to sell or give things away to make space for your stuff. There's storage space in the garage and basement. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 and half bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. We're going to need a couch for sure, but other than that, the whole place is furnished. The rent is $, and the lease renews in September. You can move in before that as long as you have your half of the rent. We would split the bills . I really love this place, and I really hope that you will too.
