Hi Everyone 👋 my name is Andrew and I’m looking to fill the other room in my bath apartment in Newport Beach at the Newport Bay Apartments. I’m looking to have someone move in by the start of August or the start of September (at the latest).

Your room is has its own private bathroom and 2 full size closets with tons of storage. Rent is $ a month, and with utilities it usually only comes out to around to around $ a month.

The location is great. It’s 1 min from the back bay trail, min to the beach, 5 min from UCI, 5 min from the Lab in Costa Mesa. It really is one of my favorite places I’ve lived in OC. The bath units don’t come available very often in this apartment complex so I’m hoping to keep it for another year 🙏

A little bit about me: my favorite hobby is surfing. I also spend my time producing music (with headphones lol), hanging with my GF (who doesn’t live at the apartment), and running on the back bay trail.
