Hi there! I'm Bryn, a songwriter/performer, freelance editor, and outdoor enthusiast originally from Austin, TX. I'm looking for 1 roommate to join me in my cute Lake of the Isles-area apartment (6 min walk from the water!) since my roommate is moving in with her partner! Move-in is flexible July-September.

• Available: one bedroom ($% of total rent)

• Recently renovated kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher) & dining room

• Laundry and storage closet in basement
• Heat included, we would split the cost of energy, cooking gas & wifi
• Back porch with lights & seating
• 6 min walk from Lake of the Isles
• Next door to Kowalski’s Market / 1 block behind Spyhouse Coffee on Hennepin
• Accessibility: on-street parking blocks away, off-street is negotiable with landlord (garage negotiable as well). There are a few stairs up to front and back door, a flight up to the apartment on the 2nd floor, and a flight down to the basement for laundry.
