Looking for a room

Hello, I’m moving into an apartment and am looking for a roomate to share it with! Total rent is $ so we will be splitting it evenly at $ each utilities are already included so it’s a flat $ monthly. I’m looking for a roomate who is friendly, clean enough, trustworthy and mainly in time with rent payments! Gender isn’t important I’ve lived with both men and women and as long as you aren’t some creepy person we should get along fine. I myself am quiet and quite reserved so won’t be to much noise coming from me, I travel a lot for work and for fun so I will be gone from the apartment for days and weeks at a time, I’m also very into exciting things such mountaineering, scuba diving and sky diving so if u are into any of those things also or like to travel I’m always up for a partner!
