📍 Location: Near Sunset Park, half a mile from the RTD Light Rail, minutes to downtown Denver, and a straight shot to the mountains. Groceries galore nearby—Sprouts, Natural Grocers, King Soopers, Safeway, and more.

Older and charming, clean, cozy, and everything works.

• Wi-Fi + landline
• Great air filters upstairs & down
• Spacious backyard w/ deck, patio, and grill
• Driveway parking; garage use negotiable

🛏 Your space:
Two upstairs rooms (single occupancy). Use one as your bedroom and the other as an office, studio, etc. Full shared bathroom (with a tub!). Rooms are furnished, but I’m happy to clear them if you’d like to bring your own.

👋 About me:
I’m a creative, older-middle-aged woman with a sweet small dog and a full-time job outside the home. At home, I love books, movies, crafts, gardening, and kitchen experiments. I’m clean, quiet, and communicative.
