Hey y’all! I’m looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4-bedroom townhome at North. I recently transferred schools and will be studying abroad, so I, unfortunately, can’t afford to keep living here and need someone to take over as soon as possible for July.
You’ll get your own private bathroom, in-unit washer & dryer, and the apartment is fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable included. Utilities are all wrapped into the rent, so it’s just $ a month flat!
North is less than a mile from UNC Charlotte and even has a free campus shuttle, so getting to class is super convenient. The amenities and staff here are honestly great – it’s been such a good place to live, and I’d stay if I could.
