The condo is th floor with a view of the lake, Toronto Islands and Billy Bishop airport. In unit laundry. Building has a gym, sauna, BBQ area, party room, outdoor hot-tub and movie room. Loblaws, LCBO, Shoppers on doorstep.

Additional Information: I work from home around 3 days a week and usually keep a pretty chill routine during the week (earlyish to bed, early to rise for the gym). On weekends, I’m often out with friends, at music events or exploring somewhere new.
At home, I’m clean and respectful and looking for someone mature, easygoing, and down to keep the space tidy and peaceful. Open communication and positive energy are a must!

My current roommate is taking a lot of the shared furniture such as the sofa, TV, dining table and coffee table, so I am open to someone bringing their own furniture, otherwise am open to buying together and sharing costs!
