Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 1st in Waco. It’s the cutest house off of Bagby, but I’m unexpectedly unable to come back to Waco. That being said, I’m needing to sublease my room for the upcoming school year.

- Washer & dryer, private parking, front & back patio — great for relaxing or studying outside
