Location & Commute
Our place is super convenient, just one mile from UCR Lot on Canyon Crest. There's a direct, safe path for biking or walking straight to campus within minutes, which should be perfect since you won't require a car. Plus, it's walking distance to the Canyon Crest Shopping Center for groceries and other essentials.

Room & House Details
You'd have your own private room. We're looking to secure a full-year lease soon for the late summer/fall quarter, running from August , to August . Rent is around $ per month, plus utilities (typically $ monthly). The house has tall ceilings, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room, and in-unit laundry. There's also a large backyard for relaxing.

Our Vibe
My current housemates and I are current UCR students, and we for a positive, supportive, and quiet living environment. While we do prefer an all-female household, a male will be living on the property; however, he will not share your main bathroom as he will be sharing the master bedroom and its bathroom. This setup ensures your main bathroom will be shared only among the female housemates.
