Home is located in a quite neighborhood. Room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, night stand and bookcase. All utilities included (water, electric, wi-fi, washer/dryer). The bathroom is sometimes shared, but will mainly be used by the renter.

Seeking Professional GM roommate or GM couple. ($ for M/M couple preferred). Should be outgoing, honest and pleasant and help around the house. We can share food expenses or you may provide your own food. You are more than welcome to use all appliances. No Drugs of any kind. We have 3 very friendly dogs, therefore you must like dogs.

Renter must have a full time job.
Background check required.
