Apartment for rent in bellefonatine

Hello, so I recently got a new large 1bed apartment in Bellefontaine. Looking to split it with someone else to save some money on rent. Pros: Washer and dryer in the unit. Clean. Brand new. I am at work most of the time. Rent is really cheap. You will not have to pay utilities. Has small garage included. I already have furniture. Cons: is set up as a one bedroom, so will have to be made into a dorm type setup, or can easily turn the living room into a bedroom.
