I’m looking for a respectful female roommate to share my quiet, apartment in downtown Boca Raton. You’ll have your own bedroom (will be unfurnished or furnished) and PRIVATE bathroom with a peaceful garden view. The apartment includes a shared kitchen and living area, and laundry is conveniently located next door to the unit in same hallway (machines run on a reloadable cash , no coins). The building is in a safe, walkable neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and parks. I’m a working professional with a calm lifestyle and a sweet, well-behaved dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs. The apartment is pet-friendly, but unfortunately, no cats due to allergies. I’m looking for someone who values a clean, quiet home—no overnight guests, please. The lease runs through December, but I’m hoping to find someone who’s a great fit and possibly interested in renewing for another year.
