Room availble with walk-in closet

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take the bigger room in my bth apartment in South San Jose.

Front office will have to verify you before lease signing

Rent is $ a month and utilities(pg&e) ranges from $ a month depending on the season and I usually just send a Venmo/Zelle request for that.
Laundry is just a quick walk down the hall.

About Me:
I’m pretty quiet and like to keep to myself in my room but would love to chat and catch up from time to time. I like to read, cook/bake, and enjoy going out every once in a while. I do some of the closing shifts at work so I’ll be home late on those days, and I am usually out running errands in my downtime. I’m also a gym at night person, so I’ll be out late for that as well but I always do my best to come home quiet during those hours.
